By accessing or using LoyaltyLoop, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
LoyaltyLoop provides a digital loyalty programme platform that allows businesses to create and manage customer loyalty schemes using QR codes and digital cards.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You agree not to use LoyaltyLoop to violate any applicable laws, transmit spam, or interfere with the integrity or performance of the service.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
The LoyaltyLoop platform is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoyaltyLoop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your billing settings.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
