We want you to be completely satisfied with LoyaltyLoop. This policy explains when and how we issue refunds.
If you upgrade to a paid plan for the first time and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. Contact us at billing@loyaltyloop.in within the 7-day window.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing settings. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused days.
Annual plan subscribers may request a refund of the unused months within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, no refund is available for annual plans.
Email us at billing@loyaltyloop.in with your registered email and a brief explanation. We will respond within 2 business days.
